Payments
Dani's T-Room Shop is run by Rising Dragon Enterprises Ltd. You can pay for purchases using any of the following methods.
- Secure Credit Card Payment - we accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, JCB and Diners cards. These payments are made through WorldPay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland, and the global leader in secure online transactions so that you can rest assured you are shopping in a safe environment. Your credit card statement will show purchases made with us as 'Rising Dragon Enterprises Ltd'
- PayPal - PayPal allows you to transfer funds either from your existing account balance or from the credit cards you have registered with PayPal. PayPal payments to us will show as 'Rising Dragon Ltd' in your PayPal account history.
- Cheque or Postal Order - we accept cheques or postal orders made payable to either Dani's T-Room.com or Rising Dragon Ltd. Orders placed this way ship once your payment has cleared, typically three to five days from us receiving your payment.
Telephone Orders
I welcome telephone orders and can accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, JCB and Diners cards for payment. If you prefer to make your order by telephone, want to check availability of a certain item or to confirm timescales for delivery, please call me on 0845 051 9319. If I am not able to take your call my PA will get your name and number and I will call you back ASAP.
Shipping
All orders ship in plain discreet packaging and are sent by Royal Mail - they'll arrive with your normal post. Shipping is at a flat rate of £2 for UK customers, although an option to upgrade to Special Delivery is available for those seeking priority service - you'll get this choice at checkout.
For overseas, shipping is calculated according to the weight of the items you order and is charged according to the prevailing rates charged by Royal Mail for Airmail. That means customers in North America can typically expect to receive their order in 5 working days; for Europe it is even less. Once you add items to your cart, you'll see the shipping cost when you checkout. In most cases it will not exceed a couple of dollars (or Euros) as it is based on weight which is not a lot for most jewellery and cosmetic items.

I do the utmost to deliver your order right away. Normally, I will send your order to you in 3-5 business days, and if it's particularly urgent, you can email or call and I'll let you know exactly when your order will go out.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, I will back order for you. You will be alerted to this by email and will be kept informed throughout. I get new stock most weeks and so if you order something out of stock you'll typically not have to wait more than seven days for dispatch.
If you order an item that is marked discontinued or out of stock an alternative of equal or greater value may be substituted. As with all items, the alternative supplied is still subject to my returns policy (see below).
Returns
All products carry a 30 day no-quibble money back guarantee - simply return the item to me within 30 days of the dispatch date and I'll return your payment in full, no questions asked provided that you have not used it. For obvious hygiene reasons I cannnot offer refunds on any cosmetics that have been used as I would never dream of reselling such items.
