For holidays in the sun, do remember that your usual lipstick colour is likely to be useless after a day or two tanning. Light skinned women will want to bring a shade with more brown in it than usual, or opt for funky pinks, oranges and whites. The single most important thing in applying lipstick is symmetry. Both hte left and right sides of your lips should look equal afterwards as it's symmetry that makes a woman look attractive. If your lips aren't naturally equal don't be afraid to go over the edge of one to balance them out and if you struggle to get them looking level make sure you start off by drawing them in with a lip pencil before applying lipstick.
